My standard rate is $175 per 53 minute session. I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I currently accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Optum/UHC

All sessions are through telehealth

The first session is the most structured session I do. I'll ask about current problems, mental health history, family history, how your current problem impacts relationships, career, and home life and identify goals for treatment.

However long it takes! Some people come in with a specific goal and reach that goal in a few months and decide to stop therapy. Others stay longer for ongoing support. We will talk about your goals and objectives at the intake.
